Hi guys! Jameson Jakale here spreading the good word of Jesus once again. Today we must have a talk about the rise of homosexuality in America. Homosexuality is a choice, and immoral according to the Bible. We as a Christian nation should condemn homosexuality, and make it illegal to be part of it. In the words of Leviticus 18:22, "A man shalt not lie with mankind as with womankind, it is an abomination". America was founded by Christians, and we should do everything possible to ensure Christianity is protected. People who identify as homosexuals are endangering Christian superiority in America. In 2015, when we legalized gay marriage, we just opened a door for pedophile marriage. Think about the poor children who are effected by Obama's decision to legalize gay marriage. Families were torn apart, and Christians are scared because of that decision. Like I stated earlier, we need to make laws that illegalize homosexual marriage. Please subscribe to my YouTube channel- Jameson Jakale. That's all for this session, peace be with you!

Okay everything you said was completely wrong let me explain. First off multiple studies have proven that homosexuality is no more a choice than whether your left handed or right handed. Secondly have you ever heard of the establishment clause. The part of the constitution that said that the government can't make a law based on religion. If we banned things that the bible said were wrong all restaurants that serve shellfish would be banned, clothing stores couldn't sell clothing made from more than one fabric and we'd stone people who work on the sabbath. All of those things are in the bible.

Also according to you pedophilia is wrong accept when it's in the bible. Because Mary was 12 when she had Jesus. But like most hypocritical Christians (not all Christians just idiots like you) you're going to ignore that part.

And I'm sorry but how were children affected by the supreme court's ruling. I don't see how this affects them seeing as how they can't get married yet and to my knowledge the gay wedding ceremony does not include driving around and hitting children with your car.

Also you just lied right there when you said Christians were scared of that decision because almost all Christians I've met have been happy with the decision. My parents are Roman Catholic and they were happy about it.

So in conclusion you're a big fat liar.

Brian:
The way you wrote the question makes it seem like you are not being serious. If I was making the case, I wouldn't have presented it that way. Nobody in here believes the Bible. You're not going to convince them to abide by the scriptures by taking the thing they hold most near and dear to them (their identity) and condemning it. It is not in our nature to condemn ourselves. We try instead to justify ourselves. So I think your message will fall on deaf ears.

It is true that Jesus promoted Moses. (Mt. 5:17-19, Mt. 23) It is not true that because he hung out with men and prostitutes that He was one. He told the woman caught in adultery to sin no more. (John 8:11) Acts 15 says that all Christians should abide by the sexual laws of Lev. 18 and elsewhere. That's not to say that all laws apply to all people. We're not all priests. We're not all women. So Jesus would, assuming his disciples knew anything about it, not approve of LGBT activities. But we can tell from the fact that everyone in life has the freedom to commit evil acts that God would approve of the right to do evil.

Alex:
Lets talk about your founding fathers shall we? Your first colony was not set up by pilgrims (Religious extremists deemed too fundamentalist to function in society), a fact that history seems to have glossed over. The first colony was Jamestown. These colonists were given a Royal warrant to go and loot the land for as much gold as you could fill your boots with. Needless to say it was a bit of a shambles. One possible reason for the glossing over might have something to do with the fact that Jamestown sided with the South during the civil war.

Soooo, these pilgrims you are so keen on. The only reason that they survived was because the indigenous tribes took pity on them and fed them when they found themselves with dwindling supplies and the prospect of starving to death. That's what the whole turkey dinner thing is about. And how do you repay them? Smallpox infested blankets handed out to wipe out the savages (Signed off by George Washington). Or what about the death marches that you forced the natives to undertake in order to thin their numbers after defeating them?

Sooo, you move in, lie to the natives, unleash biological warfare and war crimes on them in order to steal their land and nab the valuables. Sound very Christian to you? Sounds about right. Anyway, so now that you have got what you want, you now turn your attention on your own citizens. Hah, I love you Christians. You are such hypocrites.

Hey, shall we bring up the Salem witch trials now? But then again, it is no wonder why your religion is failing. Your track record leaves a lot to be desired.

Luck

If I were you I would not be quoting anything from Leviticus. He is one scary dude. As are some others. Read the follow passages and you will see what I mean. The guy promotes death for just about any transaction he deems wrong. Those writings in the bible were by men, not God, not Jesus, but by ordinary, fallible, opinionated men. Neither God nor Jesus stood over their shoulders and dictated what they must write. Most of those men never met Jesus or spoke to him or God.
Leviticus 20:9
If anyone curses his father or mother, he must be put to death.
20:10 If a man commits adultery with another man’s wife—with the wife of his neighbor—both the adulterer and the adulteress must be put to death.
20:13 If a man lies with a man as one lies with a woman, both of them have done what is detestable. They must be put to death.
Deuteronomy 22:20-1 If, however, the charge is true and no proof of the girl’s virginity can be found, she shall be brought to the door of her father’s house and there the men of her town shall stone her to death. She has done a disgraceful thing in Israel by being promiscuous while still in her father’s house.

Exodus 35:2
For six days, work is to be done, but the seventh day shall be your holy day, a Sabbath of rest to the LORD. Whoever does any work on it must be put to death.
Death, death and more death. You equate homosexuality to pedophiles while the overwhelming majority of pedophiles are heterosexual. Look at the statistics. You say you are a Christian. How do you reconcile that with a phrase that is attributed to Jesus. "Whatsoever you do unto the least on mine, you do unto me." In your mind that "least of mine" are homosexuals. Must you according to Leviticus go get an AK-47 and plenty of ammo and start killing?

Tony:
A far better question for you to ask is "would Jesus approve of YOU"

Proverbs 6:16-19 teaches that "There are six things the Lord hates,
seven that are detestable to him:
17haughty eyes,
a lying tongue,
hands that shed innocent blood,
18a heart that devises wicked schemes,
feet that are quick to rush into evil,
19a false witness who pours out lies
and a person who stirs up conflict in the community."

Imagine sitting across the table from Jesus. He would know all your thought and all your deeds, so you couldn't hide ANYTHING from Him. Ask Him if He approves of you. Do you "stir up conflict in the community"?

DON'T EVER concern yourself with whether Jesus will approve of someone else. Jesus spent His life feeding the hungry, teaching the people and healing their illnesses. He is the "Prince of Peace". What do you do for people who are in need? What do you do to bring love and peace to the people around you? Jesus said to "judge not, lest He judge you". So you have to ask yourself how you think you'd fare being judged by Jesus. Personally, I try hard not to judge anyone because I do not want to be judged by Jesus. I want Jesus to have mercy on me, forgive my sins and allow me to live in the peace and joy of His presence.

Robert:
The Bible that we know today was approved by the Roman emperor Constantine in 325 AD. The Bible is made up of many books, it is just not one. You are using Jesus to justify your own dislike of gays. Without the sword and roads of Rome Christianity would have remained a small Jewish sect. Read about the early church before preaching such nonsence!

America is not a Christian nation? And America's founding on Christianity was merely an excuse to employ African slaves (for they were not considered "men" or human for that matter) and an excuse to discriminate women (for they were not "men").

Christianity should revolve around loving your neighbors no matter what.

Nobody but GOD can judge. Who are you to come judge in the name of god?

It was not Obama's decision to legalize gay marriage it was a supreme court ruling.

Think about the poor children suffering from YOUR hate. Think about the children that are being bullied because of the ignorance you advocate. Homosexuality is not a choice. If it is, why don't you go try sucking dick?

If you want to be a proper Christian, celebrate this holy day with praying to god for forgiveness in your spreading of hate and negativity.

Jolly:
I think Jesus literally wouldn't give a donkey's starfish about gay rights. He was always too busy helping people with REAL problems. In fact, the majority of gays would probably call Jesus a psychopath, because he wouldn't concern himself with their little suburban mini-dramas. Who cares that you can't get married, when there's starving homeless (or as they say, privileged straight-white-cis people) on the streets?
