Chaudhary: OF course, there will be always a new operating system.
its only takes time. if the user happy with W10 then microsoft wont be making a new operating system in a short period of time.
but if its not, they will make a new OS.
After windows 8 was released, many people find it confusing and say its a disaster thats why they make windows 10.
but when windows 7 released, no operating system was made in a short period of time.
it takes more than 3 years i think.
No. Windows is just going to keep updating Windows 10. So basically if there is ever a major update that changes the whole setup it would still be Windows 10.
I think not 10 will now be a rolling distribution as all ready stated any bigger updates , service packs that make significant changes to 10 will still be 10 at least until PC Hardware changes vastly for advancements in Virtual Technology.
If history is any indication, yes. Microsoft originally planned Windows XP to be the final version of windows before they transitioned their operating system to a subscription service that would continuously be incrementally updated. Thst was 15 years ago..
I'm sure Microsoft will soon release Windows 11but be warned it will strongly resemble 10
Not in the next 10 years, no. Windows 10 is an "evergreen" system, it is continually updated. Some of the updates happen daily (anti-virus etc), some weekly (apps updates) some in big chunks (there is the Anniversary Release due out in August) that will provide many new capabilities.
Windows 10 is ****
maybe…but windows 10 is kind of a disaster honestly its all full of spyware and microsoft already spies on us enough so maybe another windows OS would just be more spyware
You bet your puwet there will be. There's Windows 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, etc., etc., etc., infinity, 'till kingdom come.
Who knows. There could be a next version just named "Windows", I m not really sure.
