The seller told me to "reorder" to replace the 2 shorts they are missing.

So I did reordered another 2 shorts and because this is the new order, I had to pay for another shipping costs. So I paid twice for the shipping alone. I requested the seller to refund the second shipping cost. The seller simply said "the shipping cost" will be refunded by ebay. So I contacted ebay customers support, but the customer service girl said, the shipping cost could only be refunded if the seller cancel the order. The seller is a liar!!!

Be carefull on ebay, there are many sellers doing a poor job and lying to customers like this. I would stay away from this particular seller.
This ite the ebay page for this fraud seller:

If they're a drop shipper (they order from another site when THEY get an order on eBay) and then find out that two of the items are out of stock from the place that they get them from, this would be what happened to you. The seller does NOT have the items in their possession when they post them on eBay. This happens a lot. Generally they're buying them at retail and you're paying above retail, which gives the seller the profit. The items are then ordered through the site that actually HAS the item and is shipped to you. All the eBay seller does is collect the extra money off each order.

It's not fraud, it's called 'drop shipping' and they're just acting as middle man in this transaction. What YOU need to do when you order is ask them right off the bat if they have the items physically at their end and are they ready to ship.

That's why it is always recommended to buy from sellers who have a very good feedback rating. I personally go for sellers who have a positive rating of more than 98%.
