It might just be an ad, a pop up, spam, not real, you should be able to tell that it's fake, and for your own good don't download anything it tells you to download – it's a virus, it wants to read your emails. Also, delete Everyhitng that you'r sure you don't need, and archive important stuff that you think you might still need.
adaviel:
probably phishing or a virus. don't go to the link.
Check with your mail provider, if it's at work, or logon your account and see if there's real warnings.
If there are, for outgoing mail, like prap says change your password and run a malware scan to see if you've got a keylogger or something
Troubleshooter-Trev:
If you are using a phone to access your mails it is your PROVIDER and not your email service (unless they are the same) that is telling you, you are using too much bandwidth per month.

Either that or as already stated it is a SPAM mail from an unrelated source.

So WHERE / WHO did the mail come from?!

Laz Smith:
Go threw all your folders and delete old emails and emails you don't need
prapradeliko:
Probably spam or someone has hacked your email and is sending spam to everybody using your account . Change password .
