When I tried opening the file I downloaded It said "Safari can't open this file" In details with "Safari can't open the (Name of file) Because there is no available application to open it" I am not a computer nerd, nor do I use the computer (iMac, I use my laptop which is Microsoft) a lot because I have my own. This pop up shows up a lot when I try to download things so I just ignore it and move on. Hellp?

Safari is a browser. It does not open files that aren't designed to open in a browser. If you have a file that isn't associated with any program, it won't open. If you download something that is intended for a Windows PC, it won't open or run on your Mac.

You obviously do not have the correct programs installed to open them. But what type of files are they supposed to be?

Carlos K:
Ask a computer nerd to look at your download of Blade and Soul. They will probably agree Safari is the wrong tool to use, and can help you either to run the executable, or correctly install the program.
Duncan:
Because it requires ActiveX which is part of the Windows system

If you do not have Windows installed it will not be able to run…

Check that anything you download is compatible with the Mac's OS X if you want to run it on a Mac.
