brayden: The problem is your video card. Integrated graphics cards have never been known to be able to play video games to give you the game experience you require.

You need to go newer than GTX460 for Windows 10. That is a card optimized for earlier versions of WIndows (specifically Win 7). Users started having tons of issues after they upgraded to Win 10. Nvidia will claim it will run on Win 10 – and in isolated instances some users have relatively few problems, but overall it's an issue even with the newer driver. So if you're going to sink money into a dedicated video card then be sure and buy one that is optimized to run on Win 10.

The GTX460 is a lot faster than the integrated graphics in your CPU, if that is what you are using now.

However, a brand new GTX950 should still be under 150- and is twice as fast again..
It also takes a lot less power – only 90w against 150 for the 460.

That's possibly the difference between using the existing PSU and having to replace that as well.

More RAM may also help (8GB rather than 4GB), but swap the GPU first.

A GTX 1050ti…..it will outperform that 460 ( by 100 – 150% ) and the 950 ( by 20 -25% )….and is priced really close to the 950….The GTX 1050ti does not need any extra power connectors and if you have at least a 350 – 450 watt power supply….your ok….

there are 2 versions….a single fan 1050ti ( if your short on space in the case ) a dual fan ( if you have the room )…

the single runs around $150USD…the dual fan around $165USD,,,

I think you are wanting a good, quick, gaming PC. These start at around £1500 and go up to around £3000. 150 whatsits doesn't come close!
