Most schools like our own, block VPN Connections outgoing, only certain people are allowed through the filter, like teachers and etc, another thing is any installation of drivers/software downloaded from the web and not our "Software Center" requires admin privileges which the students do not have. So you would have a better chance using 3G or 4G of your phone or a USB Broadband. School network are for school related work. :3

All VPN's have drivers that are required to install on the PC, which will require admin privileges. Even if you were to bypass admin privileges, most ports would be closed. Try using a proxy such as Ultrasurf. Remember these security policies are enforced to protect students against viruses and pornography, or any illegal cyber crimes.

Most schools have now figured out kids are using VPNs to get past filters that the schools put in place, They have fixed the issue by blocking any VPN connections! POOF you won't connect at school anymore! The idea is, while at school, learn something!
