Hi i plan on Using 4.7GB Recordable DVD's and burning free game iso files on them and selling them for money on ebay is that legal and ok or not.

Other answer:

Brandon:
If the games are free, and their license doesn't prohibit commercial redistribution, then go for it. However, the number of games that fit that criteria is small. You have one final problem: convincing people that paying for a free game on a burned DVD is better than downloading the free game from the game's supplier. How would they know you haven't modified the game to also install malware? Seems like an utter waste of time to me.
Richard:
Definitely illegal. If eBay pick up on it, they could close your account.

At the very best, any money you did make could be liable for tax if you are over the threshold, and you should also be paying royalties to the company or person that made the game. Anything else is copyright theft and can lead to prosecution and even imprisonment.

Troubleshooter-Trev:
It is a waste of time. If the games are FREE then no-one is going to pay you for them.
Gary B:

wallace:
