OK now for an actual USEFUL answer (seeing as how I seem to be the ONLY one who actually READ your question)

If it is a desktop this should be easy, if it is a Laptop you have problems. The problem with a DVD (optical drive) that isn't being displayed in the BIOS is one of 2 things.

A falsely selected Master/slave jumper setting. But as you had this working before it is unlikely this is the problem.

So the answer is either the power or data cable to your DVD drive is not connected properly or is damaged. (EASY to check in a desktop but NOT in a laptop. Hence my earlier comment)
Even a malfunctioning DVD drive would show up in the bios if these cables are connected so if it isn't there THAT is the problem!

@ all the idiots that don't know what they are talking about or cannot read questions properly…..DON'T answer if you only have a GUESS.

LOL
All computer in the world have same boot menu
what computer you are using i need to know that
You know how to go bios settings right
Just go there or use that website to find your pc (https://craftedflash.com/info/how-boot-c…
just go to Bios and go to boot menu check up-down you'll find it
But If your pc doesn't have DVD drive than might be there is no boot optioni'm not sure about that

It might have been disabled in the BIOS. If you indeed have a dvd rom, check yout BIOS/setup settings

Alfred Pennyworth:
That is built into the BIOS, that has nothing to do with which operating system you have installed.
