Future_: Hard Drive Failid or the connection to the Hard Drive is dirty. The Hard Drive is easy to access on the side two small screws open a cover then the drive just slides out. Or there is a small cover on the bottom. Take out the Drive and plug it back in. this may fix the problem. The BIOS can not see the Hard Drive is why your getting that error.

Your HDD is probably dead. It happens, Toshiba drives aren't the greatest. They fail every couple years. You'll need a Toshiba restore disc and a replacement SSD/HDD and about 4 hours of free time.

The boot sector on your hard is corrupt or your hard drive has failed. Look for YouTube tutorials to show you how to fix this problem. It's not very hard to do.

It is set to boot from CD first and the game CD is still in the drive.
