See if you can boot to Safe Mode. From there you might be able to do a System Restore back to before this problem. Or maybe just load a different video driver and reboot.
If not, see if you can get to BIOS screen. That might tell you something about the hard disk access, or the video system. At least it shows most of the hardware works.
If not, then you have a video or other hardware problem. See a repair person or contact Asus customer support or get warranty service or repair.
MaX:
1. Try starting it in safe mode. Keep tapping F8 key after boot up & choose safe mode. Once you enter safe mode, backup important files to flash drive like this one: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B014I8SSD0/?re… and do Windows System Restore to restore Windows to last known working state

2. Use Windows re-installation DVD and do Windows repair. All your personal files will remain instant & will fix any corrupted system files

3. Use HDMI cable to connect your laptop to HDTV. You may be seeing "bluish blackish screen", due to loose connections in your laptop
Simply connect HDMI cable to HDTV on both devices, then check if you're getting laptop's display on HDTV
Get HDMI cable from https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B003XM…

4. If all these steps fail, call ASUS customer support in your country. They will try to resolve your query over phone. If query remains unsolved, then technician will be dispatched next working day
