I want my Current Stock Level in my Stock table to be updated everytime a sale occurs. I want the Quantity amount( quantity bought by Customer) in the Sales table to be automatically subtracted from the Current Stock Level. I need help. Not just throwing stuff at me coz I'm not really good. I need step-by-step instructions to do this.

You should use MS Excel instead of MS Access.

if you google "MS Access change of stock level"

you will find several examples, some of which are as good as Step by Step guides

There's no such thing as "step-by-step" instructions for programming, and we're certainly not going to write your homework app for you from scratch. Are you a developer? If you're stuck, we need specifics as to where you're stuck. Do you know how to attach a method to a button (like a "save" button?)

ERP software is better suited for this particular task. Ah, classic thumbs down for valid answers. I'm going to be ecstatic when Verizon shuts this site down!
