Hello, I recently bought a new PC directly from your website. The graphics card that I purchased was the NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1070. When I check it on my computer, it says it is working properly. That is not true because when I try to open the control panel for nvidia, this pops up: "You are not currently using a display attached to an NVIDIA GPU. I downloaded the drivers from the "Geforce Experience" program that came with the computer. I don t know what the problem is so please help me.

Best Answer:

Shane: Make sure the monitor is plugged into the GPU, not the motherboard. There should be 2 sets of video ports on the back of the PC, one that is surrounded by other stuff like USB and LAN and one that is just video ports. Plug it into the second set of ports and try again.

Other answer:

Shane:
Have you plugged in a monitor to the graphics card? If not, do so.

Make sure that your monitor is connected to the card and not your motherboard.
