One thing to consider for Personnel Email Address. Do Not give out too much information on the Internet.
Identify Theifs abound and can use your name and other info they find to steal your ID and your bank account.
I only use my first name or a made up name. On one of my email Address's I just use my Street Name (address)

If I were looking at a company that I wanted to hire I would prefer the full name. Not only is it easier when contacting you as it would be your full name, it says you are proud of your company.
Audrey:
i have 2 different ones. one is just lastname and then intials and my other for work stuff is my full name.

At that level, no one cares. Where being "professional" (gawd, I hate that cliche) becomes a factor is when you have something like jackieboo69@domain, which is a hanging offense in civilized societies.
