I m interested in security fields and I d like to have Kali by my hand. I did use Kali before over Virtual Machine, but I was more like exploring tools than learning the system itself. So I see myself like totally new to Linux.

I would start with Fedora. It is supported by RedHat, which is a very popular, commercially-supported distribution of Linux. If you want to just play with Linux, I'd start with Ubuntu or CentOS. Ubuntu will "hold your hand" more that CentOS will.

To do Linux work, I would not have Kali as my primary install. Use any that support your hardware, like Centos, Debian, Suse, etc. Kali is very specific on its usage.

Well get on and do it instead of whinging about it. Burn the ISO to a DVD or USB, boot from it and install it. Then use it.
