My pc os now very buggy and slow i think due to the lack of updates.

My pc knowledge is now great and all i want is to get a version of windows that will update. preferably windows 10.

Can someone advise me on how i resolve this issue?

Thanks.

Buy it. If you are using a university version it will ONLY update through their own servers. It will also not qualify for the free 10 upgrade.
Gary:
FYI:

Enterprise editions were never intended, or targeted at home users,
but for BUSINESS users with 'multiple' workstations,
and repeat, REPEAT Volume Licensing.

Sadly, your edition is INELIGIBLE – to update to Win 10!!

Aerialnine:
You need to " buy " the full version of win 10….format the drive and install…
maxhebus:
is there anyway around this?
Alan:
You can't get the free upgrade if you are running the enterprise version of Windows 8.1. You have to pay for it.
