Most certainly not. Think of the internet as a silk spider web, you would literally have to come across the single individual strand where they have laid their trap. Your IP addresss has to show up that you came across the website trap and you downloaded something. Youtube is a safe link, and even if you did fap to the teen girl, there is no proof that you viewed that in that manner. Stay away from 8chan, that is where they lure people. If it's a shady underground website that is banned from google, it is most likely an FBI trap site. There are moderators on Youtube that might raise red flags if you go to those videos often, but really, they can't do sh1t as long as you don't upload anything like that, you are fine.
You better check yourself what Google/YouTube got to say about this
Nudity and sexual content
If a video is intended to be sexually provocative, it is less likely to be acceptable for YouTube.
What is and isn’t allowed
Sexually explicit content like pornography is not allowed. Videos containing fetish content will be removed or age-restricted depending on the severity of the act in question. In most cases, violent, graphic, or humiliating fetishes are not allowed to be shown on YouTube.
A video that contains nudity or other sexual content may be allowed if the primary purpose is educational, documentary, scientific, or artistic, and it isn’t gratuitously graphic. For example, a documentary on breast cancer would be appropriate, but posting clips out of context from the same documentary might not be. Remember that providing context in the title and description will help us and your viewers determine the primary purpose of the video.
In cases where videos do not cross the line, but still contain sexual content, we may apply an age-restriction so that only viewers over a certain age can view the content.
Videos containing nudity or dramatized sexual conduct may be age-restricted when the context is appropriately educational, documentary, scientific or artistic. Videos featuring individuals in minimal or revealing clothing may also be age-restricted if they're intended to be sexually provocative, but don't show explicit content.

You cannot be prosecuted for seeing this video, if the person in the video is underage and conducting a lewd and lacivious act the violates the definition of pornography then you can be prosecuted only if you downloaded it.
Lots of underage views without intent, downloading or capturing the content is what is called the intent to commit the crime. After downloading it you then have what is called possession with intent to distribute since it came over the internet. Dont sweat one time. They look for larger fish.
Yes! You must leave the country and go to a remote island located in the French Polynesia and when you get there, tell the islanders "Uncle" sent you and they will take you in as one of their own.
The FBI will just say everyone is a pedophile.
