Other answer:

Chris:
Immediately after the bios logo screen start pressing f8 up and down you will see repair my computer press enter once in the recovery console the factory reset is the very bottom option Dell or HP recovery manager.

Or if there is not one you can try system image recovery maybe someone made one.

Unfortunately if someone installed Windows 7 from disk and neglected to make an image that option won't work.

I do hope it was a factory installation.

On the side of the tower or on the bottom of a laptop or under its battery is the license key
And if you have to you can order a Windows 7 multidisk off eBay for $10 which you can use to reinstall with your license key.

After installing type active window in the start menu search box and use the phone method to activate

Andrew:
You can try it with the installtion media on a USB instead of a disk by getting the Windows DVD/USB tool to install the windows 7 iso on a USB drive.
Roan:
When you boot up your computer, repeatedly press F8 and select repair your computer and there should be a option to do a system restore
Evan:
hit the start menu, type "System restore" in the small box at the bottom, choose a date before the virus
Grundoon:
hit the start menu, type "System restore" in the small box at the bottom, choose a date before the virus
