Laptops don't have upgradeable CPU cards like deshtops. The 980m chip is soldered to the machines motherboard.
A GTX 1080 also requires up to 165 watts of power, for the graphics alone. Probably 2 X your laptops power supply capacity. Finally, if someone tried fitting one to a laptop, it would soon melt (literately)
You upgrade that laptop by buying a real desktop computer and putting a GTX 1080 in it and using that laptop as a door stop…..
