No, you router does not keep a browser history, per se. What it does do is maintain a Layer 3 log of connections. I.e. It keeps a log of connections made to it, and possibly connections going out. It logs them by IP address, not by name.

Typically, most routers only keep track of incoming IP addresses that have been blocked by your router or are non-standard.
