If you are using the built in go-back feature that's in Win 10, no. This feature is available for 30 days after installing Win 10. Steps to get there are:

Open Win10
Click Start
Click Settings
Click Update and Security
Click Recovery
Click “return to Win 7"

If 30 days has passed, then you will need your Win 7 software to reinstall it

If you download windows 7 or other version then you do not need to write CD or DVD. You just need pendrive then you easily install windows your PC.

No. W10 allows you to revert to W7 within one month of the download. However, you may find that some program data is not as it was. In my case taskmaster was ballsed up so backups failed and my usb 3.0 ports stopped working. Happy days.
