There are many cooking websites on the Internet, with recipes and pictures of ingredients and the finished dish. In this project, you will take a favorite recipe and use HTML to format it for a web page. Before you get started, look at recipes on websites such as www.food.com and www.allrecipes.com to see how they look on a web page. Then you may type the main information from an online recipe or use your own to create an HTML file in Notepad or another text editor.
Your recipe web page should include the following:
a name, using an <h> tag
a second <h> tag heading
a bulleted list of ingredients
a numbered list of preparation steps
a photo of the recipe meal (your own or something similar from the Web)
a link to a relevant website, such as a nutritional information center or grocery store
Write your recipe and add appropriate HTML tags. Save your file as WebRecipe[YourName].htm. View your file in a browser and keep refining your HTML until you are happy with how your recipe looks. Be sure to test your link to see if it opens the target website!
When you are done, submit your file by uploading it into this project or you may copy/paste the html into this document.

Read: Did you even read what you posted?

At the end it says
"When you are done, submit your file by uploading it into this project …"

Are you asking US to submit the file?

You can try this to start:

<html><body><h>A Recipe for Disaster</h><ul>
<li>Sleep during class</li><li>Don't read textbook</li>
<li>Ask people on internet to do your homework for you</li></ul></body></html>

A good freelance programmer can charge $50 to $100 an hour, or any fraction thereof. How badly do you want this program?
KMR:
Show me what you've done so far and I'll help you correct the errors. I just wonder why you bothered to take this class at all if you weren't planning on learning anything.

Help you cheat on a homework assignment…. Now that would not be good for you! What you are asked to do is a relatively simple page. If you are too lazy to do it why would you expect us to do it for you?
