When I clicked on a link, it opened a different website with .top domain. The website showed a popup message "your micromax has been infected. Click ok to scan for virus" something like this, with an ok button.

I don't have a micromax phone so it looked like spam, so I didn't click ok, instead

I don't have a micromax phone so it looked like spam, so I didn't click ok, instead tapped back button. The same message showed up once more and I tapped back button again and exited the browser. Is there a virus in my phone now?
