Almost certainly YES. Facebook will have records of the IP address and the date and time it was used. This will take them straight to the ISP. With a court order they can get the information from the ISP as to which of their customers was using that address at that time. Once they get to your front door, they can confiscate all your devices and have them forensically search for evidence as to which device was used.
